In compliance with applicable law and regulations, please be advised that MARCH A.M. and MARCH PENSIONES, as a subsidiary of Banca March, S.A., has set up a Customer Service.

Please find the details of the head of Customer Services department. They are responsible for handling, responding to and resolving any complaints or claims that you would like to make.

Once your complaint has been filed with the Customer Service Department, if you are not satisfied with the response received or one month elapse (15 days if the complaint refers to a payment service and two moths if the complaint is not related to a payment service and the claimer is a consumer non-resident in the EU or non-consumer) from the date of your complaint and you have not received a response, you are entitled to contact the following complaints services of the corresponding Financial Supervisors, depending on the matter in question. Complaints and claims will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Customer Defence Regulations of Banca March, S.A. and the companies belonging to its Group. Customers may ask for a copy to be delivered to their MARCH A.M. and MARCH PENSIONES branches, at any of the branches of Banca March, S.A., or consult it on the Internet at www.bancamarch.es/en/customer-service/.
